Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Several factors determine the fee for endodontic treatment including the number of canals and the complexity of the situation. You will be informed of the fee for any anticipated procedures before treatment is started.

For your convenience, our office works with a large number of dental insurance companies. We will gladly process your insurance claim, as well as estimate your deductible and the portion of your treatment not covered by your insurance. We ask that you pay the portion of costs not covered by your insurance at the time of treatment.  We have made a conscious choice not to participate in any discount plan because their low rates would force us to make reductions in the level of service we provide.  We feel the benefits we offer our patients far outweigh the reduced fee that a plan offers.  First, the doctor gets to spend more time with the patient to listen to concerns, explain any procedures, and confirm the diagnosis.  Second, we invest heavily in the latest technology which insures that your experience at our office is as comfortable and time efficient as possible. Finally, we invest in a staff that can provide you with the optimum level of customer service that we know you deserve and expect.

When payment from your insurance company is received and applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you and any overpayment will be promptly refunded. We will do our best to ensure your insurance company pays their fair share of the fee.

For your convenience, we accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. In addition, as a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment plan. CareCredit has several payment plans to meet every financing need, including interest free and low interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs. It’s easy to apply and you’ll receive an online decision in seconds.
